On Letting Go
"Letting
go" is not just letting it be or forgeting it. It is to have the wisdom to understand that all
things can either make one happy or suffer. More than often, one does not need
to physically change anything except to compromise on the values, judgments, attitudes
and mindsets that can and will create conflict...
On How the Mind Treats All Phenomena
All phenomena whether external or
internal, changes from moment to moment and do not "belong" to
anything or anyone. It is the human mind that captures (snaps a picture of) a
certain moment, retains it and interprets it to be the "world" even
though the phenomena concerned have ceased to exist. That action can generate and
become the source of worries and only the enlightened who understand this
natural law, is free of it...
